Our 5th-grade teacher, Chrystal Helton, took the lead in encouraging our students to take part in the 2025 Salmon Run. Also, the staff of the Boys and Girls club made is possible for our students to run by being willing and able to pick up and drive students to various starting lines. You all rock! These students put on their running shoes and took off in support of removing the dams that had hindered the Klamath River from being the nurturing environment salmon needed for so many years. Now the dams are gone, and the river and salmon are beginning to reclaim their ancestorial richness. Life is good! Also, the staff of the Boys and Girls club made is possible for our students to run by being willing and able to pick up and drive students to various starting lines. You all rock!
